Hi,

i make it short:

Sometimes Flash games are lagging (Gemcraft: Chapter0 or Epic War 4 for example). This means the frames per Second go to 0 and the game is very slow

Why is this ?

It is because most flash games are programmed without using your graphic card. So the CPU has to make all the work. (it is called Software Rendering)
you can test this by heavy lagging: If you minimize(not close) your explorer/firefox etc. the game has normal speed again but you cannot see anything.

So my BIG big question to all of you: Is there a way to force flash games to use your graphics card ?
AND: Is there anyone who has NOT this problem ? What configuration you have ?
I know on java games it works via two lines of code implementing forcing java to use your graphics card... but on flash ?

I realize that more and more new good games start to lag because of software rendering (and not using our graphics card)...

any solutions ?

Please avoid telling: Update Flash, buy a new CPU etc.

Here an example: On my machine Epic War has sometimes only 2 Frames/per Second.
On the fastest machine CPU you can buy right now it would have 6-7 frames/per second... so this is no solution.
