Hello there. This is my little organization called HCO. HCO stands for Hank's Colony organization. Please read and tell me your feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements are a must have or do. You cannot be official without them.

*Win 10 games consecutive wins with me as your partner in 2vs2. If you lose 3 games then you will not join the organization. (Mode:Normal/ Note 1: If I find that it's my fault that you lost the 2vs2 game then you shall get a free win./Note 2: You can play against cpus or humans for 2vs2 opponents, but if you play against cpus you shall be 1vs2 against them. I will watch, so it will make the game count. You are the 1 and the cpus are the 2. You may ask me for a little assistance for the 1vs2 cpu, but you may not abuse it. In other words, you may not use it more than 3 times./Note 3: If you bug out then the game won't count as a win nor count as a lose.)
*Win a 1vs1 against me or survive for 20 mins. (Mode:Normal)
*Be rank 8-10
*You can NEVER be a cheater in anyway (cheater: hacker,glitcher/exploiter,etc.)
*Once you agree on the rules and join HCO you can't quit. Quitting means that you're breaking the rule of HCO, and have proven to be a rogue of HCO. Once you join you shouldn't have a problem staying in HCO. (The only way you can probably quit is being banned from HCO.)
*Master the forge/air and the outpost/ground tacics to be very skilled.
*Master macro and micro. You can't be a pro without them.
*Don't quit in the middle of the game. If your base is ABOUT to be down don't quit. You quit when the base IS down. You can't quit the game unless you have an emergency. If your house is on fire then it's an emergency. You can quit then.
*Don't spam.
*You CANNOT be with another Colony clan, guild, organization, etc.
*Have an Account for Colony. (In this case Version 5.3+ requires you to have an account for armor games too.)
*Don't bitch, nag, or say anything else that is related to verbal abuse. Instead find another solution to your problem.
*You MUST be on Colony for at least once a week. If you are inactive for a month+ without providing me notice then you shall be auto-banned from HCO.
*Have at least 2 of the following attributes:
Concern for others, Determination, Fairness, Goodness, Integrity, Loyalty, Persistence, Reliability, Selflessness, Tolerance, or Trust.

RANKS:
How a person's status is recognized. It may be changed. (Ex: You're rank 8, and you ranked up to rank 9. You are a different status.)

Rank 8= Sergeant
Rank 9= Lieutenant
Rank 10= General

Leadership:
Leadership isn't a must have or do. It's only what you might get from joining HCO. You might even get more than what's listed.

*You get to learn a tactic called chidori.
*You could perfect your rush.
*You could honour Krin, friends, Colony and anything else that's Colony related but never cheaters and bugs.
*You could support Colony. You can report bugs are even report cheaters.
*You could ask for tips so you can get better, or you can tell your friends or other members how to get better.

REGISTRATION:
It's like how to log into the organization.

*Give Colony name (now same as armor games name)
*Time Zone
*Time usually on
*Starting Rank
*You can only have 1 account in HCO.
Note: Some of the registration info. can be varied. So if you don't know your definite schedule then put down varied.

HCO moderator rank:
Follow all other rules and requirements of becoming a moderator. It's the same way as to becoming a moderator on armor games. If you don't know the rules from armor games, then I'll restate it here (some parts are edited):

Want to be a Moderator?

Then DON'T ASK!

We like that you love HCO enough to try to become a moderator for writing a great review but we will not make you a moderator if you ask.

Why?

Because we choose our moderators by selecting members of the community who are responsible, mature, and contribute in great ways to the site. we watch in our own eyes and suggest to each other who should become the next mod. If you say to us "hey, I want to be a mod!" you are hurting this process because we want to choose based on qualities of users we need... leadership, responsibility, maturity, respect, and dedication to make the site awesome. Saying "I should be mod!" makes us think twice... mod material comes from people who SHOW US they can be a mod, NOT ASK US.

So don't:
Ask a mod to make you a moderator on the site.
Ask an admin to make you a moderator on the site.
Suggest a user to become a moderator on the site.

So help the organization by being good HCO members, but let us choose the next mods on our own accord.

If you would like to become a moderator, you first need to show that you are responsible in HCO; show a good posting record and maturity and you may be granted these exclusive rights! We will usually hand pick moderators, but if you feel you have what it take, contact me or other moderators on our profiles... We are really, really picky though!

Now here are some of this things we look for in moderators:

1) Responsibility. Potential moderators must be responsible, mature, honest, and trustworthy. There is not a specific age requirement, but maturity is a big aspect of moderation. This is why we do tend to choose members who are older.

2) Good posting record. We look for members who have a good posting record. This means they have an adequate amount of forum posts, game reviews, and merits. We look for people who post clearly and intelligently with very few spelling or grammatical errors. We will never choose someone who spams any of their writing for points. We look for people who post comments to help improve the site, instead of just posting for points.

3) Helpful. Potential moderators are members who are very helpful and courteous to other members of the organization. They answer questions for other members when possible with a friendly attitude. They are active and constructive with suggestions and support. Moderators have a genuine interest in helping improve the community.

4) Activity. We only ask members who are moderately to very active on the site. This helps us ensure that they will be accessible to members of the community, and be around to help enforce the rules of the site.

If you would like to be a moderator, please do not ask another HCO moderator or me directly. Chances are, if you have to ask to be a moderator, you probably should not be one. We normally hand pick moderators, and none of the moderators that we currently have were chosen because they asked for it. We don't really go by the 'Ask and you shall receive policy.'

Moderators will be able to report recommended future HCO members to me. They can also change a rule(s) in the little organization, but it has to be persuasive and reasonable of why the rule changed. I will also have to approve the change. Once again, the moderators will be able to regulate HCO, and will make sure that it's not in total chaos. They will have the power to ban other members if necessary, but once again, I will have to approve that. Moderators can regulate HCO by:

Enforcing rules.

Ban any members that break any rule in HCO.

Ban any spies.

Choose whether or not that person can be a moderator as well. (I will be hosting a moderator meeting for choosing the next moderator.)

MEMBERS (Including myself)

AnbuHank rank 10 (leader)
chessmaster102 rank ?? (official)
KOWALTZKIE rank ?? (official moderator)

??= The rank was reseted.
Note: These accounts are Armor Game accounts.

This my 1st time making a sort of group but my 5th time changing the name. I don't expect everybody to join, but I want feedback on how HCO can be better. Examples of feedback:

Crappy feedback:
"YOUR ORGANIZATION SUCKS BALLS!
My comment: "Go to hell then if you hate it so badly."

Okay feedback:
"You should change...........I don't like it."
My comment: Why should I change it, and why don't you like it?

Excellent feedback:
"You should change...... because........... You'll be get more members that way."
My comment: Thanks. I'll take this into consideration.

In case you people didn't know, I changed the name to HCO. This is no longer BNSO. There have been changes when I've changed the little organization's name. So keep the BNSO topic dead, and try to keep this one alive.

Have a nice day.
