Unfortunately you seem to have missed the fact that none of these are out yet. Unless you can give me first-hand evidence based on your experiences you cannot say with certainty that these games will be good.
Nonetheless, looking forward to Brink -- I have high expectations for Bethesda.
Actually, I have played reach online on the beta. And if you don't believe puretrouble, you can believe me because it's one of the most amazing games I have ever played... Don't knock it till you play it.
Haha. Out of those I'm looking forward to the new Diablo, Worms Reloaded (because it's Worms and it's going on the cheap) and Dead Rising 2 and Black Ops. Trine was a pretty good experience but it wasn't good enough for me to want a sequel. I haven't heard of Torchlight and don't care for Guild Wars of the 40K series.

I'm not "knocking it". I'm simply saying don't say they're games to get until you've experienced the full-featured product.
Ok, I agree. But what I HAVE played of reach was outstanding. At least for me, playing the multiplayer beta is good enough for me and I'm sure the "full-featured product" will be even better. New forge (like the link that puretrouble gave) new firefight, and new campaign. I've seen many videos and demos of all three and it just makes me want the game more and more. And thats why I am purchasing it's release date, September 14. I highly recommend reach to every gamer out there especially halo fans.
In my opinion.. there's only like 3 that I think of...and the two major ones are Call of Duty: Black Ops and Halo Reach. Maybe Gears of War 3 idk....but I've never seem to get into Treyarch games... like Call of Duty WAW, so I recommend Halo Reach. I already Pre-Ordered it
Then again, I agree with Elitemagical because the point is, why would you recommend games to people the you haven't even played? On the other hand, I've heard terrible reviews for Brink and Black Ops. But again we won't know till we actually play it... case closed.

No professional critics have commented on either game with first-hand experience as far as I'm aware. There's only speculation. Black Ops has been getting a lot of crap because casual gamers seem to hate Treyarch and Brink is getting hated on by PC gamers because they feel the action is going to be made very sluggish to accommodate for those with a controller (which I completely agree with).
I'll buy them all with the exception of Halo Reach, as much as I'd like to see the end to the Halo games I'm not spending £100 for an 360 just to play one game. There have also been a whole pile of games that came out recently that I'm on the edge of my seat to buy, the one I'm anticipating the most is Singularity.
