O.k, this topic is all about saphire/ruby/emerald versions. This post is for the elete 4:battleing them. Here is one team i used. This is the second battle with them.* Swampert:lv72 Earthquake Surf Dive Waterfall.
Raichu:lv52 Thunder Thunderbolt Return Strength
Raquazia(probaly spelt wrong):lv71 Outrage Rest Fly Extremespeed
Aggron:lv51 Foucus punch Iron tail Metal claw Rock smash
Crobat:lv 50 Poison Fang Fly Wing attack Air Cutter.
So there is my team i used the second time i battled the elete. If you want to know if your team is o.k, just post it in this topic.
*:you can get this team in emerald BEFORE you challange the elete. Raquazia is catchable in emerald. He is at sky pillar. Otherwise you have to trade from someone who beat the elete and obtained him to beat the elete. Then, find skypillar off in route 130.
He is at skypillar at level 70 after you beat the elete and steven (s/r) / wallace (em). In emerald he is at the same place in sky pillar you encoutered him and he went to stooposus city. The obstacles are now there and the crumbling platforms are still there. BRING A MACH BIKE!!! Pokemon there are still in the 30's so dont panic. But if you are playing Ruby/Saphirre, things are about the same. Only pokemon will be in the 50's there. Then, the things are about the same.
