Lead Balloons: what is the best/cheapest way to defeat them?
Cannon towers. Just get a lot of them well placed in the maze. Usually don't both with upgrades on them.
I also recommend cannon towers, they will take care of them.

what 2?. 3 and 4 are a lot better.but if you want, cannon towers are the way to go, with a pineabpple eveyone and a while.
