After WW3 2015 (See my other RPG 2015 war) Russia China and America suffered until they started firing nukes causing the whole world to go either into nuclear Fallout or nuclear winter killing many many cities were prepared but not enough many shelters died of hunger from extended stay in the bunkers but some prospered now every things back to normal radiation levels have gone down and the sun is shining but will you have what it takes to make a prosperous city?

the police and riot set up defenses using barriers the police can't do much with their pistols but the riot control are great against them since they can't get pas the rioters their surrounded now
the police use the weapons cache the peace committee used and they get behind the riot shields killing 2000 of them

the rest of the savages climbs over the walls making your soldiers ineffective but make your police and riot shields about 3x more effective
some police get into the taller buildings and take out 300 people through out the city

i have my soldiers shoot any of them climbing on the wall and apcs run over any enemys and fire on them also set up riot lines with ppl with stuff and tear gas

the city is on lockdown you guys locked the gates and the police and swat are a bit busy now (/inconvenience)

i have apcs run over more and shoot enemys and soldiers continue shooting any enemys around the area and use the rpgs in our arsenal to kill more of them
