A friend asked me this question and I had a really hard time answering it, in the end I didn't even have an answer.

I was just wandering if any of you guys could do the same.

Do you listen to just one genre, or can you collectively group your music into just a couple of words.

That space in between Alternative and Death Metal.

The only bandwagons I've gone on are Linkin Park, Disturbed, and (maybe) Nickelback.

For that is the kind of music I like, I like Rock, Nu-metal, and Country-rock or w/e you can call nickelback.

IDK Why but alot of atheists seem to be into metal....lol.

Well, I don't particularly like Soul or Pop music.
The rest is fine, I listen to anything and everything that catches my ear

Gah, my music taste is mixed up, I basically listen to whatever I think is good, no matter what the genre.

Exactly. I'm very eclectic, but Metal and Emo music... Geez, I can't stand these ones.

I would say anything with a good melody/tune; mainly alternative, pop, rock, and soft electronic

Extreme/power metal, indie rock/folk, baroque rock/folk/pop, alternative, symphonic metal. Everything from Cynic to Neutral Milk Hotel.

Neutral Milk Hotel.

Thanks, now I'm going to have King of Carrot Flowers in my head for the rest of my life. What's the singer's name? Magnum or something, right? Anyway, his voice is an audible quesadilla.

No, I cannot define my music. I can't even define the music I play myself. However, I can say this:

The majority of the music I listen to has at least a drum kit, a guitar, and one male singer.

But there are many exceptions.

Meh, I'm more of a title track/Oh Comely person. Aeroplane is probably one of the best albums of the 90s/00s/10s. And his name is Jeff Mangum. Do you like his voice? I'm not sure whether 'audible quesadilla' is fit as a compliment or not. Hrm.

Alternative and Rock. Sometimes Punk but that can get annoying. I hate Metal, though.
