I'm sorry who ever told you that is misinformed, especially since you can preorder it on Steam. Its going to be available on Xbox 360, PC, and PS3. Bethesda has never done a console exclusive game that I am aware of(correct me if I'm wrong) My point is that you shouldn't spread rumors like that.
Now that that is sorted through I would just like to state that I have high hopes for this game, and look forward to playing it in the future.
