I admit to have blind posted somewhat. Although Nas is the best out of the list in the OP I think three names should definitely be added: Wu Tang Clan, Vinnie Paz and Immortal Technique. They are all more than worthy of being in contention.

I always find it weird that the guy that was sitting next to 2Pac, for 8 months didn't say anything to the cops and then just when he was about to, he was capped. I have a feeling by the same guy. Not as Weird as Cobains though.

That is not true! Dr. Dre and Eminem are the two best rappers in my opinion, but I think Eminem is slightly better than his mentor. Both have unique voices, but I think Em's is a little more distinct. In this case, protege succeeds the master.

I think there's some black guys who'd suck up their pride, lol. I've actually heard black people say Eminem is the best rapper. The best living rapper. But Tupac is a legend, kind of like a martyr to some.
