DECA: The orginal clan, works for the government. Starting + Equipment, Hit list, Government Badge. Perks: 10+ Hitpoints, and more allies.
Jinoh: A split of the DECA Clan, these guys dispose the governement. Starting + Equipment, Bombs, 5/5, Hiding Case for Weapon. Perks: Faster Speed, More Hiding.
Hiasu: Splitting off of Jinoh, it wants to fight for induvidualism. Starting + Equipment, SNS Super Charge, 1/1, Book of Simple Spells. Perks: More morale, and better leaders.
