Of course they are. Like the "Don't whale fish in private wells" is a necessarily law and everyone would be waling in all the wells. Hitler's "Kill the Jewish people" law was another necessity. Don't generalize, you'll rot your brain.

One of my teachers made up fake laws like "It's the law to wash your hands!" Oh and turret, the goverment is watching. ALWAYS. They know what you are doing right now. they have tiny little cameras everywhere, and if some of you say "Thats not true", well, that's what they want you to think. In fact, they could delete this right now!
