I have been reading alot about Astral Projection on internet and then I decided to buy an Astral Projection handbook (manual), when I read it I started to practice for Astral Projection, I stoped eating meat, peanuts, walnuts, almonds, and I did exercises for it from 10-45 minutes per day, after two weeks of doing it, I came to last exercise which is used to enter the astral world. After 4 days of doing it, I still didn't manage to do it (well, I know I need more than 4 days) but now I sometimes dream when I'm awake, last night when I have tryed to fall asleep I started to think about something and after few minutes I started dreaming about it but I knew I was still awake (I wasnt able to control myself in dreams) and that happened 3 times that night, while I was dreaming like that when I realized I'm still awake, my body shooked and I opened my eyes but I wasnt afraid like I would be when something scare me in normal dream (while im sleeping), Also sometimes when I think about something I forget what am I doing, for example earlyer that day when I was going to school when I got out of my house, I started thinking about something I really got into it and when I stoped thinking about it I was already in front of school, it was so strange, I was walking for 5 minutes, crossing 3 streets without even knowing that Im doing it. Tommorow from that day (today) I got an 50 minutes long audio which is made for entering Astral Projection, you should enter astral projection just by listening to it while laying in bed, I'll try it soon, I hope It will work I will tell you how was it...but for now, see you guys, have a nice day!
I never even thought of trying something like astral projection. But that might be because I find meditation to be enough in the messing with my mind area.

I think there are few books about astral projection, but this one I read was Astral Projection manual made by Serbian writer, and its only in serbian, but Im shure you can find other books or manuals about astral projection in english (ps Serbian and Croatian are very similar languages)
Im really sorry to say, that I quit, I stopped doing it, not becaose of meat and not becaose Im lazy, it was becaose I don't have place to do it anymore, my brother cam back from Serbia and now he's allways in my room and I don't have peace, but It was one great expirience even that I didn't manage to project, but I'm shure that in few years when I get my own house I will continue doing it much offen every day, I hope I'll sucseed, but who knows.,.maybe in few years I will stop going to Armor Games..until then, bye
