well this isn't the first time but now it's just annoying me, every time i fall asleep or try to sleep, randomly i think of something, like walking or if it's a dream i just walk or go somewhere, then i randomly out of no where fall or hit something and i wake up and shake or jump, i don't know why i do this, anyone could help?
