Sure I have, plenty of times, but usually in FPS games rather then RPGs or adventure games - I had a few dreams pwning nubs in Counter Strike: Source in a modded level to look like something out of Mario Brothers - lemme tell you now, quite a bit of fun, dreaming like that.
