its really easy. Build a forge. Build romans. Release Romans. Win. Or, if your romans start getting owned, stop, for your roman rush has failed. (BAD)

If you build a forge first then you won't have enough romans to pwn

First build armory set to money/energy. Then build forge and spam romans. Also be a facist.
