i would say black ops easy graphics and gameplay look better i love the new customization and killstreaks etc in black ops looks like vietnam cod 4 mixed with mw2 like best bits of each one
I'm not sure, they added a lot of new things but, I doubt it's really worth the money. Not to mention the new Killstreaks, one is supposed to be a predator, one is meant to be an airstrike and another is the RC Car (as far as I can remember, sorry). The only new one is the RC Car, which is essentially a more vulnerable, land-based predator missile - of course lower KS required
A camera sounds very effective but a claymore (or in this case possibly a land mine) had the same role, it would be more than enough to alert you, and hey! It's a kill!
Crossbow with a semtex? That isn't that great, really? It's going to be short-range (otherwise there will be major problems) and will only take less time to shoot and aim..

but i vote for medal of honour, i played the beta, and behind the bugs and glitches was a very good game that i suspect will rank with the top online shooters of all time.

If you liked Battlefield Bad Company 2, but wanted the gameplay to be faster and intense, then I suggest Medal of Honor, because that's what it boils down to. Like CoD on a Battlefield server, really.
My choice for you is Blackops definetely, because, even if you don;t have Xbox Live, or PS3 online or whatever, you can play against computer that acts like people in multiplayer matches. I higly, highly doubt Medal of Honor will be as fun as CoD: Black Ops, because, it's made by Treyarc! (who, by the way, brought you Nazi Zombies) Treyarc is my favorite game dev. because they're all about fun while being competitive. Fun game modes like Wager Matches and Combat Training, even possibly more

And yes, there is a lot of new things coming in through Black Ops, Wager matches seem very fun and if I decide to get Black Ops I will most certainly try it out.
The only thing I think I want Black Ops for is probably Theater Mode, gameplay is impressive but the community I had previously mentioned may still be the same. One can only hope
I might stop now, actually. Oh well, it depends as I can't foresee the actions of another person and thus will not be able to accurately decide if it is necessary to sufficiently own them.
