well, me and my friend made a bet that i could have a good body by a month or so, but my p.e says i need to do 300 push ups a day, not sure if she was kidding but does anyone know something or a way i can do something so by in a month i could get a pretty good body to impress girls and get my 20 bucks? haha thanks!
You can exercise a lot, but it won't get you immediate results. I doubt either of you will win the bet. How do you decide who wins anyway? It doesn't sound like a good or fair bet.
Exercise is probably the way to go. Here's some quick tips:
Warm up -Start by warming up large muscle sets to avoid cramps (leg lifts, twists, light jogging). -Do some pushups or crunches to work arms and abs, but don't do to many in a row, take breaks with stretching in between. -Do some heavier running, pace yourself for endurance rather than speed. -Go back and stretch out the legs and arms. -Do some more pushups/crunches, sets of 15, 3 sets. -Cool off by stretching while laying down.
If you do this every day, or even every other day you will get stronger and more fit.
Don't get in shape. Most likely you will get addicted to your slef, and turn into a douche.
But if you really want to get fit, you might want to run more then twice a week. Just do some sit ups, and pushups, and for christ sakes, don't kill your self.
One: (Start of Bodybuilding) Start slow, OK? If you can't do it, don't. Don't just abondon unhealthy foods. If you do, you will gain all weight back in 1 week. Eat the unhealthy in moderation. Walk. Don't run. Walk.
Two: (Getting Closer) Start jogging. Now stretch before you do jogging. Cut down unhealthy foods to one pizza/ice cream per day. Start small lifting.
Three: (Hardest Part) Now, after 2 weeks of this shit, run. Sprint, stretch, go all out. Nothing else.
Four: (Keeping the Weight Loss) Don't eat any unhealthy food. Keep the body, but don't be a douche.
Well, I would do at least 30min of cardio at least 3x a week (e.g. treadmill, eliptical, etc.) If you want abs (assuming you go to a gym) do A few reps on a heavy weight on the crunch machine. If you want to tone, do alot of reps, but a lighter weight. Don't forget, though, never work the same muscles the same way for at least 1 day or so.
