OOC: Just so you know, the skill ladder goes like this. Basic: Basic, very rudimentary skills. On a guitar, this would be knowing the chords and being able to play them, on a skateboard, it's just the ability to go forward and back. Nothing fancy. Amateur: A step up from Basic, it's still not very good. On, say, skateboarding, this would be the ability to turn, and go fast. Average: The "norm" for skill. On a skateboard, you can go any way, and can do a few basic tricks. Advanced: Advanced is good, basically. You are a little better than the average person, however you still make lots of mistakes and can do a few good moves instead of basic, but you mess up too. Adept: Adept is high skill; don't think Ryan Sheckler or Tony Hawk yet, but like you can do tricks and grind, but you still make mistakes and can't do the most advanced stuff. Professional: Professional or Elite, this is the highest you can get with a skill. You are as good on a skateboard as Tony Hawk, as good on a guitar as Slash, etc. It's also sometimes known as "1337". The higher you get, the harder it is to get better!
