We all know that school has just started and we all hate stupid and annoying teachers so vent it out and tell the community how stupid your teachers can be.
My most stupid teacher ever was my music teacher around the middle of the year she stopped teaching use music and started turning weird music bingo weird. Know she wasn't annoying I was actually grateful that we didn't need to study cause most of the time we were goofing off and running around the class ( I was in elementary) it was like recreation ( again I was in elementary).
Teachers are very nice when you get into your higher levels of education, the reason most of them get annoyed is because the have the teach a class full of teenagers that wont listen. As I have gotten higher in my schooler the teachers tend to respect you more and treat you like adults so you can sit down and have a decient talk with them, but still there are a few that are just unpleasent.
I'm trying to think of a teacher I have had that was truly bad at their job, and the closest thing that comes to mind is one of the two student teachers that I had last year. It wasn't an issue of knowledge on the subject at hand, but more of a lack in experience and skill with teaching(though this is to be expected with a student teacher of course. The thing was that she had no concept of keeping students interested in the subject, and at the same time would breath down our necks about getting our work done(to the point that it was a bit unreasonable in fact). That was probably the worst teacher I have had that I can think of off the top of my head.

I ran across one in college so far that has been a horrible teacher. He would lecture in the most boring tone, ignoring the class. On lab days we got a paper explaining the lab, then he would leave. It was a networking class and most of us had never worked with the hardware before, and if you asked him a question he would say "thats odd, did you try *insert the most basic solution everyone knows and tries*?" then he would walk away.
I had the same teacher in 3rd and 6th grade. She was basically like another student, who made fun of me and yelled at me and everything, and she didn't even teach anything either, and she would start rambling on about when she was a kid and bragged about her childhood. She was probably the worst teacher ever. I swear, she was a b*tch to me, and only to me. But this year, I have a spanish teacher who doesn't know spanish but he's a pretty nice guy who actually tries to teach the class so I guess that makes up for it.

I've had teachers that have been teaching too long and our sick of helping the kids and turn into the worst teachers in the school, the ones that can't actually help you in any situation.

Really? I live in a poverty-ridden city, (32 gangs, 56% people in poverty.) but, no teacher is dumb. They are here to teach you in life, although, as said by Krizaz, some people are just plain wierd.

Well, I have gotten a teacher fired before. Not entirely me but the effort of our whole class. For some reason he felt that his wit outweighed the ongoing effort of a class full of juveniles. This proved wrong when his temper got the better of him and he assaulted a child. (He pulled the kids hair, nothing too serious. Also the he deserved it.) During my school life I have witnessed three teacher breakdowns. It doesn't feel great.

Yes corporal punishment is allowed, but it's not entirely a bad thing, kids learn pretty damn fast that they had better straighten out and pay attention. Do you know how much easier it is to learn in a class where people are actually paying attention?

So when you're a parent, you're going to let some random teacher put bruises on your kid? Don't think so.
My socials teacher is a liberal-praiser. It's painful listening to bias everyday when we're studying government. AGH
Okay, so the teachers where I go are not really that stupid. But i guees I should add that my science teacher in Year 8 (I think thats 7th grade, but I live in NZ so ...???)got fired for telling my class about christianity, which I though was rather dumb. But I would have to say that teachers start to get alot... nicer, when your get to higher levels of education.
many of my teachers, i can't stand, but not many are just dumb. one teacher i had gave a kid detention because he wrote an essay a page too long... wtf?
