Who cares which one is more realistic. I play video games to escape from the real world. Not to simulate what a spoldier over in the middle east is experiencing. If I wanted that I would join the army.
you're kidding, right? Halo graphics make me want to puke in a plate, feed it to my dog, then eat my dog. They're terrible compared to CoD graphics. I think that Call of Duty wins by far, because not only are the controls better, the graphics, and the gameplay, but they aren't total idiots so they make it for the ps3 and the wii too. I know microsoft made halo, but they must be stupid not to let sony and nintendo use it too.
I feel people emphasis on graphics way too much now. It's annoying that the main two points of how CoD is better aren't really true in my opinion: Graphics - Better, but you value it way too much it seems Gameplay - Quick paced but not as balanced and lacks vehicles in some CoDs. It is basically more freestyle with the different equipment

Agreed. Only the campaign should have the most realistic aspects of the game input into it.
i allways hated halo and allways loved cod on halo you see all these 10 year olds playing and screaming into the mics
Really?! I'm not sure I believe that Drink - it's usually vice versa.
All Halo sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to run like an alien shooting little alien freaks and being able to jump 20ft! CoD has always been great. CoD has better graphics, better gameplay, better everything!!! Halo just SUCKS bad guys...Halo is a discrace to xbox even though i dont like xbox lol..

Blimey, Gamer Cale, wasn't expecting that from you!
Halo vs. Call of Duty is an old battle, and too popular. They're both extremely generic shooters, neither revolutionised much, they simply mimicked their ancestors and were popularised. Both games have had their peak times, certain eras throughout the series where they've piqued the interest of millions, been extremely addicting and fun and have offered top-notch gameplay.
Bungie and Infinity Ward were both producing their best instalments of their soon behemothic franchises at the very beginning. Call of Duty 1 and 2 remain some of my favourite shooters: the campaign was atmospheric and the multiplayer was engrossing. Similarly, Halo: Combat Evolved was my favourite from the Halo series, it didn't boast immersive environments or outstanding realism but it certainly was really fun to play.
If I had to choose, I'd say Halo. I've always preferred a science fiction setting for shooters. Alongside the setting, Combat Evolved's enjoyable gameplay made the thing a very complete and polished package, magnificently executed. The only thing I hold against the Halo franchise to this day is its transition to the 360 exclusive market . . .

Nope. I went back to my old elementary school a while back (I've been out of elementary school for two years) to say hi to my teacher, when I heard some third graders talking about how much they "wn" at halo reach. I lol'd when I heard that.
