ok i got my ps3 back in january and evr sense i been playing mw2 and recently i been getting alot of hatemail for pwning people and im tired of it i got a turtlebeach and they dont even got a simple mic so they send hatemail i was wondering if theres like a setting to make it that only people on your friends list can send you messages
I've seen no option for it. BTW, you can delete everything in your inbox, by going to your inbox, pressing Triangle, then delete. That could be easier for you.
um u culd block them thats uber easy to do and wats the point in only gettin messaged by ur friends cuz ull never meet anyone else to add so its jsut stupid to do that
i have an xbox. I just never got live (i know, i know)
Thank you for that helpful and completely relevant post!
Anyways, I don't know if it's possible, but I did find something that might at least be a bit useful Here. It's about a system software update, and one of the new features that was added.
Grief Reporting Function: Users can send claim reports directly from the XMB for any inappropriate messages they receive from other PlayStation Network users. This feature is accessible from the option menu of the messages list in the FRIENDS category.
If people are complaining because you beat then then I'd consider that inappropriate.
This was just something I found on Google, so I don't know any more than the site says.
