Erich von Däniken made a book called "Chariots of the gods" or something like that. He said that the mayans said 21/12/2012 the god Pacal Vota will return. They never said anything about the end of the world. In that book he says that the gods we are worshiping, were aliens who visited Earth a long time ago. Maybe the Mayans saw them too and maybe that god they was talking about was an alien they saw a long time ago. That would mean that they said the aliens would come back 2012... Will thze aliens maybe return? What would happen?

LOL I think this thread is pointless unless you speculate because there is nothing that says the world will end 2012 SO I think your theory is more likely.
IF something happens, its going to be because WE did something. It's like our civilization is a hypochondriac when it comes to Armageddon.
