Yeah, I've noticed that too. What I like to do is revolve between three sites- Armorgames, Newgrounds, and Onemorelevel. If one site is coming up short in terms of quality games, I'll head over to another to see if something is good. Of course, most games get uploaded to all the sites, so most of the time no good games are available. I'm still waiting on both Free Rider 3 and Sonny 3- both of which I assume will take a long time.
Yeah, I agree with the fact that no good flash games have been out in quite a while, but that's because Krin and all the other good game creators are working on huge projects such as Sonny 3 and the next Last Stand game.
Maybe you should look and play the game first rather than just judge on their rating. Some of them might be underrated and you may enjoy them, just because it has a low rating doesn't mean you cannot play it.
