We all wish we had the perfect oppurtunity to get someone real good, so let's say you have a one prank free pass. What would you do, and who would you prank?
I would load someone's locker with bags of fire filled with dog poo (they did that in Billy Madison), I would also do the bucket on the door thing before each class (filled with mud). After that, someone would blast a fan filled with feathers. Then I would fill their car with drugs, like in Bruce Almighty with the weather truck.

So do crime spree's count as pranks because that would be the stealing money or stealing nation treasures...

OH! if i could, i would make the pyramids of Giza, the sphinx and all the rest of the ancient wonders of the world, disappear, only for a few weeks of course...everyone would be like WDF! How can 2.3Million limestone blocks just disappear in the desert?!!? (that would just be the Great Pyramid, but you get what i'm saying)

Lol. This idea was actually first presented in Captain Underpants, Vortex. I actually tried it once in one of those rest stops that you see when you're traveling from state to state. I put the ketchup packets under the bumps, and then waited right outside the bathroom.
As it turns out, a redneck went in, and as soon as he sits down, he starts screaming and going apeshit. He came out fuming, and looked at me like he wanted to kill me. I don't think he knew it was me, but still... I got pretty scared. Then when he started to walk away, I saw the stain on the back of his pants, and lol'd. He turned, glared, and then got into his pickup truck and left. Best. Prank. Ebar.

Procedure: Stick the end of the funnel into the front of your pants Pretend like you're playing a fun game, when the victim comes by asking what you are doing tell them you are playing a game where you try to drop the penny off of your chin and catch it in the funnel. Note, pretend the glass of water is just your drink. when the victim leans back to put the penny on their chin POUR THE WATER INTO THE FUNNEL AND RUN!
lol...I honestly did that one time to a friend, didn't go well, i was laughing too hard so he caught on, he got to the part of sticking the funnel into his pants(mind you this was back in like the 6th grade)...
and yes i do have a few of the issues still in my closet, and yes i did go look for them just because of what you said xD
