I hope I understand this correctly, but I believe this would really change the way we access the internet. Hopefully driving the cost down, maybe even to free.
I remember several years back Google was claiming they were going to offer free WiFi to the entire nation. Buuuuuttttttt clearly that didn't take off.
Don't really see the point in it, wouldn't the connection be really slow if too many people are on the same wi-fi?
The only reason normal wi-fi gets slower with more people on is because the companies restrict usage so they dont have to use better/more equipment to increase bandwidth.
