As you leave, the knight says, "Good luck, lad." You say, "Thank you, sir." When you arrive at speed training, there is an archer there. He says, "Why hello there. We don't usually see knights here, but speed is important. Which course do you want to run? Course 1 will train crouch running, Course 2 will train sprinting, and Course 3 will train serpentine.
You can only do one. You practice your uppercuts on the targets. Then the knight says, "That's some good fightin'. That's 1/5 required trainin' rounds before you can become a knight.
You walk into the training area. The wizard there says, "Ah, a young apprentice. Let me set up the targets for you." He waves his staff, and the targets pop up.
"Okay, go ahead." You run through the course. When you return you are very tired. The archer says, "Very impressive, for a knight." That's 3/5 training rounds."
