As you would know, PS3 is a tough thing to crack, so this is probably the only mw2 hack that works. Copy the PS3 folder to a spare usb stick and put it on your ps3. It's OFFLINE only. I think it's good. That way you get to unlock all weapons/attachments so that playing with friends is more awesome, or for practicing with different ability builds so you can choose your optimal upgrade path.
