I would think an opinion could be wrong when it is in junction with facts.

Example: I believe skater_kid_who_pwns did not create a topic on September 27 at 6:26 Eastern time on Armorgames.com

Problem: You did, and my opinion is wrong.

But opinions that do not deal with facts, cannot be wrong or right.

Example: I think redheads should not wear the color yellow.

wait but what if your clock is two minutes off or something then your opinion is correct because its your opinion
but cant you make an opinion that says your opinion is wrong
