i really don know what to do it very annoying beacause its not only in the browser but also when im browsing trough my hard-drives
Similar to what Moe said you might want to check none of your keys are stuck down. That's a common issue when spooky things start happening on your computer.
Alternatively, press down middle mouse (push on the scroll wheel) and then move your mouse up and down, I normally do that instead of scrolling because I have full control over the speed.
It sounds like your mousewheel somehow got tied to either the backspace key or the back button in the program.
i forgot to say one thing when im scrolling sown with the mousewheel the page is moving down like it should but in the same moment it starts loading a previous website so about what Moe said it would be more likly that the mousewheel is tied to multiple keys but how is that possible in firefox or in the windows overlay and what can i do against it?

I usually us that method of scorlling too but with my problem thats not posssible either ... firefox doesnt display me the cursor that usually comes when im pushing the mouswheel and im sure that none of my keys is stuck down
Is it a special kind of mouse, like a razer mouse, or something? I can change the functions of all the buttons on my razer mouse, but on a normal mouse(the one that came with the computer) I don't know how to change what the buttons do.
Normally, computer stuff is like what I know best. But in this case I don't know what to tell you. It's just a guess, but I would try going: 1.right click on your desktop (no internet or programs) 2.At the bottom, there should be something along the lines of "ersonalize" 3.Once you find this, look for something along the lines of "mouse and pointers" 4.From there, look for scroll options and you may be able to fix it. Again, this may be a little different on each OS, (I made this around Windows Vista and Windows 7) but I hope it helps.
This sounds like it might be some sort of virus. It's quite original, but quite believable for a hacker to do such a thing. It still beats getting sys 32 files deleted due to a virus.
have you run virus checks? do you have a firewall?
So far, I've only seen that it's a glitch, it happens if you hold down shift and scroll, suggests to turn off auto-scroll in control panel, and to reinstall drivers/get a new mouse.
i installed the mousedrives (for some reasons it wasnt installed ) iafter that i hadnt any problems with the scrolling anymore ,but the mousewheel-button (if you push down the mousewhell didnt work at all with the drivers) so you couldt open links in a new tab or close tabs with mousewheel clicks... i think this mouse isnt compatible with windows7 -_-
