The waves increase too quickly. In large maps, you would be dealing with 60 zombies after only four to six waves. To move quickly in large maps would be murder. Even in novice, the zombies are too difficult to deal with. If it were easier, 93/100, but now, 76/100.
This is why I made a map where the zombies don't have aren't so powerful. There is no bridge, but the island is filled with 250 zombies. It is up to you to kill them in seven waves. That's how long it took me. Go get 'em.
It's called Venice. I worked really hard on it. It is for Veterans since every building has ten zombies, so it compensates. I'm pretty sure that with the bridge and only 100 zombies, it would be ten times harder.
http://auriga-squad.appspot.com/get/agxhdXJpZ2Etc3F1YWRyCwsSA01hcBj51w8M Venice: This map has 420 zombies but you are 240 of them are in those six houses. 120 are in the remaining buildings and the other 80 are on the street. This looks scary but since there are no bridges, the game is much easier. You are given a generous 200 ammo and boards along with 20 survivors. Each building has five survivors, ten zombies, and 100 ammo and boards. The only exception are those six houses which have JUST 40 zombies. Each You won't need to obtain all the resources from each building. The farthest I went was a block past the plaza in the middle and beat it in 8 waves. Good luck.

Again, each house has five survivors, ten zombies, and 100 ammo and boards. The only exception are the top three buildings which each have 80 zombies. You are given a charitable three depots, each with 80 ammo and boards and eight survivors. It seems difficult but I beat it in eight waves and got to the last house. After that, you just had to wait until all the zombies came out. Clear out the bridge.
I will post more. I made a lot more, but a lot of them were with bridges and I couldn't beat them so I discarded them, but I will remake them, WITHOUT the bridge.
On the decor of my big map here is an easier difficulty than the previous 5 bridges instead of 9 (which 2 can be directly destroyed) more means and more mans therefore rather well of bonus for the special buildings

http://auriga-squad.appspot.com/get/agxhdXJpZ2Etc3F1YWRyCwsSA01hcBjTrBMM Wilton Manors: This map is big but you can beat it if you try. All buildings have ten zombies, 100 ammo and boards, and five survivors. You are given 200 ammo and boards and twenty people divided evenly among the two depots. You are in the infamous or famous Wilton Manors with houses, apartments, and a whole city. It has a canal and is very useful because it helps you form one way entrances for the zombies, making it easier on your self so as not to make many snipers. Make Wilton Manors a gay place again!
I made it a little less difficult. I gave you 100 boards for each barricade and I beat it doing that. After you get past the houses, there is no need for you to keep going. I only got to the plaza. It was fun. I finished with around 2500 ammo and 2500 boards and around 120 people.
WOW. You can't beat the level because you can't destroy the bridge. Rotate the bridge. Second of all, there are only like ten zombies on the island. You could beat the game in one wave. Too much open space. More buildings less grass and road. Make it a city, not a deserted park.
