Rules/instructions:
Economy/Military
Civilians give income. Soldiers fight in air sea land and space. Ships classes of ships you have an amount. Coal/oil/fresh water/trees/geothermal heat/sunlight/ice/ore and more are all natural resources on your planets. Resources not on planets asteroids/sun/comets/gas planets and more. (Remember each race has its own ups and down when it comes to planets)
Terraforming To have life you need water and oxygen. To have atmosphere you need heat and cooling. To have water you need rain. To rain you need clouds. To have land you need below 100% water. To get heat you need to be close to a sun. To have cooling you need to be away from the sun. The basics have been said

Races: the lower the stronger but remembers weapons boost. Human: 700 people (distribute between citizens and soldiers) Robots: 300 people (distribute between citizens and soldiers) Alien: 500 people (distribute between citizens and soldiers)
Weapons: Powder based: Good balanced. Plasma based: Strong but not much ammo Laser based: Lots of ammo but not very strong Energy based: Great for modification but otherwise no damage or ammo Explosive based: Anti armor highly strong Melee: Extremely strong and no ammo needed unless you research a combined weapon technology
Specialty: Economy: Bonus income Military: Bonus weapons and technologies Pacifist: Bonus reputation for other races.
Planet classes: A: half land half water medium oxygen B: Quarter water 75% land low oxygen C: 75% water high oxygen D: All land no oxygen E: All water high oxygen Or create your own (use logic and cover all bases but no op) 100% divide it in land/water 50% divide it in gases such as oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen. (I decide the other 50%)

You eventually find a terraforming tier 1 but it only helps 1 Farenhieght a turn. (you kinda messed up it you were robots this would be a good envirenment)
