As I have seen, most of the websites that let their players submit flash games get some money for it. Is it the same with Armorgames? Please answer.

Yes!
If you are lucky enough to have AG sponsor your game, they'll pay you a nice sum of cash for it. Now I don't know if they pay you ad revenue like Kongregate, or not.
