Sometimes, our opinions about games change as we progress through them or return to them after some time's absence.
Naturally once we send in our scoring for the first time, our AP shouldn't be changed. However, I recently re-discovered a game I played I while ago. My understanding and skill level have since improved dramatically, and now I want to change the rating. For version 3.0, I wanted to know if the 're-rate' (without changing AP score) feature could be added.
