You steal 20 dust, and the result of the combination: A purple-ish blue water, posionous to all sillicon based life. There is only sillicon based life on Mars. The posion is called Pursuit Posion.
I try to steal there metal/ dust and try to create a nuke, then I look at the Martians map and try to find there most populated city and plan my attack
You steal more dust. The attack is ready. Nukes dont cause much damage since Mars has no oxygen rich atmosphere (yet), but the radiaton kills many Martians. An awesome weapon. 20 metal used, 200 damage on the planet, 10,000,000 Martians killed.

I know this creates metal dust. It does havoc on lungs. I'm not sure how to use it, but if the Martians have lungs, I try to devise a way of putting it in the air. (Well, do martians breathe air? I'm confused.)

It is relatively useless on the attack on Mars since they breathe through the skin. They cannot absorb big particles like dust, but they absorb the posioned air, posion has tiny particles. It will not be very useful.
Water + Metal= Heavy water (H2O2Fe)
A heavy version of water. Life like we know it from Earth cannot survive in it. Not really useful.
Water + Dust= AK fluid
A red colored liquid that acts like an acid. It may be useful. Only this has been mass-producted.

There is only solid water on Mars and not much of it. They dont need water to survive and Purple was the first who combined that. But the atmosphere is posioned. 50,000,000 Martians die!

I will use metal to make guns and put water in it for bullets.
(The gun is super strong and the water can go trough you how strong it is)
Wow. It will be useful. Water under a flow strong enough, can act like saw with anything. The small round stones we find everyday were huge rocks, wich have been rasped into that shape during millions of years. A flow strong enough could cut through anything in a few seconds.

I try to find some Mercury out of the metal (didn't say which metal), and try to mix it in some water.
Also, doesn't Earth have dust on it? Or do you mean the dust for Mars is some sort of special martian Dust?
The first few guys have stole some. And the metal, well, there are only solid metals, mostly iron and steel but some others too. And the dust I meant is martian dust. Different from Earth dust.

Some join the riot. You escape. The rioting kills 1,000,000 people. The rioting gets bigger, bigger and bigger since the chaos and the attacks cause panic.

I take metal and cunstruct bunkers then camoflauge it with the martian dust. Then i try to scavenge any other resources.
You use up 50 metal. Many Martians can hide inside!
I fire some missles.
Only 200 damage since it has an explosion resistance. But 20 mil. Martians are killed.
HINT: Attackers, upgrade the terraforming machine! It would take 100 posts to terraform it completely. The terraforming will slowly kill off the native life and Mars will slowly loose its explosion resistance since the atmosphere will be richer on oxygen. The defenders can attack the terraforming machine to slow the progress down.
