You take the file of the game you made, and... upload it on the submit page? Is really easy. At the bottom half of the submit screen there is a "Game file" space, where you can upload the flash file for your game.
I wish you had posted this in the newcomers forum instead(even if your not a newcomer its meant for questions like this, while the Support and Suggestions forum is meant for help with glitches, and issues that typically are a bit more technical, as well as Suggestions for the site)
Regardless of that you must first make note of two things before submitting a game:
1)Did you make the game you want to submit? 2)Is your game as good as some of the others on this site as far as overall quality is concerned?
If you answered yes to both of those questions then go to the Submit page and fill out the information there(keep in mind you will need the .swf file for your game, as well as other information for your game, though if you made it yourself this should not be an issue)
OK, first make a flash game using any flash programs Second, send it to ArmorGames by going to Armorgames and click Submit Third, wait until they accepted it. If they don't, well, too bad.

Its a flash game website. And it keeps games good quality.
