However, a twenty kilo seven month old is... Well, very heavy. I do see the supposed cuteness, but I feel more pity and sorrow. I hope that kid doesn't die early. How in the world did he get that heavy?

The kid definitely does not look like a newborn. The title is somewhat misleading.
