If this needs to be moved move it.

Everyone should change there gender to female to show breast cancer awareness and do it for online gaming as well like Reach or something.

I think the effort is valiant! However, I have some qualms with breast cancer awareness, specifically.

change their gender to female

Yeah, cause male breast cancer is totally nonexistant.

you do not have to be a certain gender to support awareness.also, i think that everyone is aware of it by now surely.

I have some qualms with breast cancer awareness, specifically.

wanna share?

I'll try to explain one of my qualms the best I can. With all of this breast cancer awareness, we have a higher number of women receiving the medical procedures pertaining to breast cancer than previously. In combination with the current healthcare status and funding, I find this not okay. It begins to come out of our pockets.

We really don't understand breast cancer like we should. This means that a lot of women are having costly medical bills, they can't pay, because some awareness campaign is telling them to go get a mammogram. The mammogram then reads a false positive, etc, etc.

I'm not great at explaining it all. My wifey has her Ph.D in Health Promotion and could write you a book on it. I might get her to post about it.

I don't mean any disrespect, but there is no difference between breast cancer and any other cancer location.

Well, you know, except for location.

To: Graham, Gotta love an intelligent gent!

To: Asherlee, I will attempt to help you out by stating my Anti-(just) Breast Awareness, awareness:

By just singling out breast cancer, women are less likely to request that the doctor screen them for other, just as deadly cancers. The #1 killer for women is still lung cancer!

I've gotten too many messages about this. When a girl is saying:

"I like it on the chair," or "I like it on the kitchen table," she is referring to where she likes to put her purse down when she walks in the door.

Why am I not doing it? I don't carry a stupid purse! I have a survival backpack. I'd get laughed at work if I had a purse. I work in a man's world! I'm expected to look a certain way.
