I make the BEST broccoli. Here's what I do. I will go buy some fresh broccoli from a store that has really good produce. I would suggest NOT Wal-Mart. Go to a local joint.
Then I cut it up into bite size pieces, leaving only a little bit of the stalk. I make a pouch out of tin foil. In there I sprinkle a seasoning that is meant for MEAT on it. It can be whatever kind. Then I add lots of pepper to give it some kick. Then use about 4 tablespoons of REAL butter and separate it evenly into the foil pouch. Then I toss it on the grill on medium heat for about 30 minutes. It makes the best you've ever had.
