I have a question for the people of AG...

Do Multi-Vitamin Tablets Really Help Boost The Immune System?

What else can they help with?

I know they are not the best to replace your fruit and veggies. I'm not doing that I'm eating fruit and veggies also have Multi-Vitamins because they apparently help prevent some stuff like colds , flus , etc.

Oh no, the tablets do nothing. It's the vitamins inside them that help

And yes, I believe they do help. I take multivitamin tablets almost constantly through Winter anyway.

Yeah , I take them mostly in Winter too ... When the flus and colds come out to play.

I think taking them all year round would greatly reduce the affects of them, for helping the immune system anyway. They'd still continue to supplement vitamins.

I'm waiting for Doctor Strop.. or someone who can answer this question better than I can. Though vitamins actually do help somewhat, they don't replace good prevention and proper medicines.

I think the immune system decreases a bit but it works.

Um I dont know and I take vitamins with every meal. Vitamins do help overall health but like said before not a substitute for real healthy food.
