Bio: Carter graduated from a good college with a doctorate in biology, then he went on to medical school. Unfortunately, unable to pay the bills, he joined the military and took night classes instead of simply going to school, however he managed to do well in both the military, and get his degree. However, he was awarded several medals for distinguished service and injuries sustained during the war[see Military Service, below]. He remained in the military for a few years, earning his residency as a military doctor back home. He was just about to go home and start a career when a new war started. The military needed more soldiers, and they reinstituted conscription(the draft). Carter's term of service was renewed without permission nor knowledge(involuntary conscription by order of the president). After having been drafted for another term of service, Smith knew it was too late for him to be a doctor now, so he decided to stick with the military and go career.
Prior To Military Service: Carter was raised in a rich American family. His father had died when he was young, and his mother was a diplomat. She was highly paid but traveled a lot, so young Smith rarely saw her. In school when he was young, he was very intelligent but performed poorly academically due to his dislike of order. In contrast, after his father was killed when he was ten(1Lt. Ryan Carter, KIA, 7/1/91, Desert Storm) he became nearly obsessive compulsive and self-imposed a regiment of strict rules and regulations. He began martial arts training, and weaponry training. His academic performance skyrocketed, as he was at this point employing his full intelligence to school. However, as he got older and the effects of his father's death began to fade, he let up. He stopped with the martial arts training and the firearms training, and became more like a normal kid. He took an interest in the medical field, particularly in physical shock and trauma. He scored very well on the SATs and the other academic tests and was thus admitted to Cambridge University with a Sterling Scholarship. He earned a doctoral degree in biology and headed back to the States to get an M.D. from Cornell Medical School. However his scholarship did not cover postgraduate degrees so he joined the military(see below for further history).
Military Service: After joining the military, Smith took night classes to earn his medical degree throughout his term of service. The U.S. military paid for his tuition. He was a member of the U.S. Army, and served with distinction in Afghanistan. It was during this time that he was injured. He and some fellow soldiers were sent to capture a group of insurgents instigating a riot and uprising in a peaceful town. When the U.S. Army soldiers arrived, grenades of both the incendiary and fragmentation variety were thrown at them. Smith and his fellows were forced to hole up in cover, returning fire. The building in which they were taking cover caught on fire, and Smith's hands and feet were both badly burned dragging a fellow soldier out of the burning building. It collapsed moments later. Carter could no longer hold a gun and was practically useless but the insurgents kept firing. He was shot in the foot; specifically, in the toe. The soldiers were trapped and couldn't reach their allies. As gangrene and infection began to set in and there was no end in sight to the siege, Smith was forced to self-amputate his toe in order to save his life. He formulated a plan, a tactic, and this tactic worked. He and his fellow soldiers were able to successfully stop the riot, capture the enemy insurgents, and save what they could of the town. For his actions and the injuries he received, Smith was awarded the Purple Heart and the Distinguished Service Cross. In addition, Private Smith was promoted to the rank of Corporal. He was then sent back home, relieved, so to speak, now that he had earned his M.D. He spent the remainder of his first military term as a military doctor in the back lines of battle. However, a new war was stirring. The Delta Force recruited Carter, conscription without consent, to another four years in military service. He finally just signed up for career.

you watch them as a robot blasted a soldier and a zombie jump on another yelling "i'm gonna eat you tonight!" but he's blasted off by another who then is hit by a mutant with a spiked long tongue it wrapped around him and is jerking around but only driving the spikes deeper another zombie jumps for a soldier but is hit short and falls mid air the other soldiers jump out of the trench and charge screaming
