I don't know if anyone else noticed, but I think alot of the threads are starting to get a little "stale". And while people are just replying to them, no new ones are being made. Anyone else think threads are staying around too long?

Not really. Threads that stay around for a bit are good threads, threads that can start a conversation. Threads that go dead in one day are either troll threads, locked threads, or just plain bad threads.

Some threads do get "stale" as you say, yes. The problem is people don't make threads as much as they used to anymore. Now all that I can really post in are the AG3 threads which are about AG3 things. Occasionally I will post in the AMW, WEPR, and Tavern but that's when I really have nothing to do.

When threads get stale they die. The ones that are still being posted in aren't stale.

End.

The entire WEPR is dead seeing how the majority of us share the same opinions and the majority of the time what we disagree on is to nominal to care about.

It's just the normal lull in activity, an increase around the holiday's and the public release of AG3 should help out the threads a little.

AG has run out of creativity. When AG3 comes out, it will be much easier to create threads because you can just create the same ones and just hope that nobody notices what a scandal you've caused.

I'm also thinking of creating a super subversive alt account for fun, no trolling or flaming just making things more interesting.

Provided they don't wind up importing the forums, yeah. Also, as we get more users there may be some newer topics. It seems like most of us that have been around a while have pretty much talked about everything we can think of though.

When school started, about 2009 last year. People were quite creative with threads. Things are different now...No help from me, I'm not a person who continuously makes threads.

Meh, the majority of my threads are based off of something that happened in my real life (gasp) that somehow translates to AG.

Honestly I'm kind of glad the burst of spam threads, that always occurs during the summer, has died down.

It will turn into subconscious posting. If it hasn't already done so at this point.

That's one theory on why the majority of users here don't create threads.

Ah Vinster, you arrive with your pessimism.

Cycles, cycles, cycles. New AG, new people.

I just get bored, becauase I'll be on the forum one day, get back on the next and all the same threads are there. The threads aren't even particularly interesting.
We need something like a thread stimulus package.
