No one can tell you anything about jailbreaking your itouch because it is illegal and we can't give links, steps, or tips on illegal things. That's what I know of anyhow.

Don't ask such a question ever again.

Actually, it is now legal in the U.S. to jailbreak your devices.

Here's a good guide.

I shall say it here anyways.

Jailbreaking a device is basically getting past restrictions on it and freely doing whatever you please.

Eh, I'm questioning on whether the actual "jailbreaking" process is illegal. But downloading copyrighted stuff for free (that you need to pay for) is illegal, I strongly think.

Well there was a new bill or something passed in the US, and jailbreaking is legal now.

But downloading copyrighted stuff for free, like apps (essentially, pirating them) is still illegal.

Also jailbreaking doesn't ONLY allow you to use pirated apps -.-

My friend did it for the wallpaper background and the custom dock.

In the US... in Canada you can't be penalized if you don't upload it.

Well I'm pretty sure this guy was from the U.S. so I said that. Yes, Canadian laws are different.

Never said that to begin with...
