The Agency
The Agency is a top-secret, international organization dedicated to training operatives, in return for which these operatives do freelance jobs for The Agency from time to time. It is a high-profit organization, both from proceeds from private cases and funding from governments. It trains operatives sanctioned by government as well as freelancers, any and all is acceptable. Its areas of expertise include fraud, espionage, negotiations, assassinations, stealth, close-quarters combat, long-range combat, and other specialized areas. In the case of governmental funding, The Agency will supply government operatives with training, and the government will supply tax money to The Agency.

Agency History
The Agency was founded by a joint coalition of governmental forces(most notably, the United Kingdom, United States, China, Germany, Japan, and the then-United Soviet Socialist Republic) in 1946. In between the second World War and the Cold War, the leaders of these countries created an international agency for the tutelage of spies. Although many held doubts about the wisdom of each country sharing its secrets with its enemies, The Agency did have its upsides. Although there were many power struggles throughout the years(most notably during the Cold War) it has grown in size and power until at this point nearly every country in the world with any sort of influence or power holds a membership. The tutelage of freelancers is paid for, also by the taxes given to The Agency by the government. In return for this, The Agency has sent the freelancers off to do the government's work instead of the government's own operatives doing it. The Agency currently has all of the most technologically advanced equipment, operatives stationed all around the world, and information on nearly every subject.

Option A: If there is a beer can or any metal object nearby get it. Then smash and stamp it on the floor making a metallic jarring sound much like a gun, to cause police to evac the ambassador
Backup Plan B: If no beer can w.e rush over there, using my stench to stun the guards and bear hug the ambassador as to protect him and cause an alarm so everybody rushes around hence harder for the sniper to shoot. Then if i'm restrained quickly tell police wherabouts of the sniper.

You start kicking at the metal trash can but unfortunately it does not produce the desired sound. So you're forced to rush at the police. They are not stunned by your smell but they certainly weren't expecting an attack to come in that form, so they temporarily back off. You get the ambassador in a big bear hug, and he attempts unsuccessfully to fight you off him. Suddenly, you're attacked by several police officers who have recovered from the initial surprise of your attack.
"Wait," you yell as the police are cuffing your hands behind your back, "there was a sniper! He is on the penthouse suite!" The police ignore you and start to wrest you off the ambassador when a loud CRACK! is heard, an unmistakable gunshot. One of the officers dives at the ambassador and takes you and him to the ground. The officer is shot in the back and killed, and the bullet hits the ambassador's shoulder as well. You're left unscathed as the police split up, some of them running after the assassin, some staying behind with the ambassador. They all seem to be ignoring you.
