A fair amount of games get submitted here every day. Each and every one of them must be checked to make sure they meet AG standards. If your game is not released at this point, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's been rejected; they just don't have time for every single game to be released within a few days of submission.

Armor Games won't accept a stolen game. If it really is stolen then the game will Definitely get rejected. If not then wait a few days. I have submitted a game as well.
Ernie15 is completely on point with his answer. A fair amount of games get submitted to Armor Games daily. Upon getting all of these submitted games daily, the standards of AG must be met. Stating this information, it takes a while to go through and review the games. Also, just because you do not see your game on AG doesn't necessarily mean your chances are over. This is a long process. However, if your game is selected you will most definitely be getting contacted. I hope this answers your questions.
