Same like on YouTube. People can vote on the comments they find helpful, useful, etc. And the 2 or 3 top rated comments will be shown in another spot so people will always read them and they will have no trouble.

EDIT: (yeah also needs an Edit button it's suggested) For example the comment with 100/200 or etc. positive rates gets a merit...

if it was atomatic they would just hit vote over and over again until they were in the top 100

that's why you'd only get one vote per comment, and you can't vote on yourself.

This will be implemented, in a way, with the karma system - at least as much as I have gathered from what Cormyn has said in the sticky topics. Please read them before posting.
