Wait for Golden Eye 007. Forget about the others, just wait for James Bond to eat your soul and force you to play the game FOREVER.

My favourite game on the DS is Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars and on the Wii it would be Mad World. Neither are particularly suitable for someone of your age and I'm unsure just how strict your parents are about you being exposed to things of sexual and violent nature.

For DS I'd recommend Super Scribblenauts. Scribblenauts involved a character with a huge rectangle for a head, but he also possessed a notepad which could conjure literally anything you typed in. You'd then use these items to complete puzzles and other missions. To show the extent of the dictionary I typed in quagga (an extinct species of South African zebra) and it did actually come up with a zebra. Super Scribblenauts is the sequel (don't worry about the storyline, they don't exist in Scribblenauts) and apparently fixes all the issues that ruined the original Scribblenauts.

Next I'd suggest a game called Custom Robo: Arena. This game was basically based around yet another high-tech Japanese game that will apparently be played regularly in the future. It involves holographic environments and miniature robots. The point of the game is to climb up into the big leagues and tournaments and equip your companion robot with the best equipment possible. The visuals are not excellent, but it's an incredibly fun game to play.

The last DS title I'd recommend is Worms: Open Warfare. Goes back to the old days of Worms. It's funny, charming and a joy to play, if you can get it on the cheap I'd definitely advise it. Avoid the sequel, Worms: Open Warfare 2 like the plague, it complete changed the controls and the the missions were made practically impossible.

If you have a few pennies left after that I'd advise And Yet It Moves, a small WiiWare game. Beautiful puzzle game that I had lots of fun with, and it's cheap!

I have heard that Metroid: Other M is a fun game for the wii, but it is very challenging. For DS The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks is a great game.

Heartgold/Soulsilver would be best in Pokemon.
Scribblenauts 1 or 2

Try all your usual Nintendo games, Mariokart, Brawl, Galaxy, Metroid, Kirby, Zelda, this ist could go onfor a while...

Don't flame on me for this: But Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver for DS(DSi also).
Btw: Professor Layton is not a good choise if you like adventure... Only if you like to think hours about one puzzles and have somewhat 100 of them all around

Off topic much?

On Wii also get Redsteel, don't expect a good game, you'll just get a few kicks from it.
