After you win the game in normal way and get the Game Over screen click R to retry but this time do it like in picture shown below...

You need to finish the game in a "normal" way first, by going up and getting the chemicals, only after this, the path with no chemicals will be unlocked.

oh thanks no stress and i also get the moral of the game.... DONT TAKE DRUGS BECOUSE DRUGS ARE EVIL AND THEY ACTUALY ARE!
