I have all equips and no idea how to defeat the boss there...Is there someone who might help me?!

Ok i have beaten the boss i have my own struggles with him to but dont worry you must need fast to dodge his every bullet and his attacks it tooked me thirty minutes to do this but it paid off lol i hope this is useful if not contact me.
