Have the minime or the chainsaw equiped as your main gun, and have the desired gun be the secondary gun, and then click the Accept Button at the bottem of the yellow paper, the screen will start to fade, before it fades all the way press the space bar button and if timed right, the secondary wepon will ahve 200 or 99 ammo.
