Ok, there probably is aready a thread on this, but im not wasting my time looking for it. The penny trick + towel WORKED!!! i was really doubting i coould fix it but after i screwed everything back in and wraped it with a towel and now i have a reincarnated 360!! HOOT!!
well, i dont have access to machines and i cant buy anything-- dont ask why-- so i fixed it with the pennies. that was the whole point of me getting it for free
Whatever works buddy, I know after my red rings I jumped up and yelled "GET THE TOWEL!" But that was a little while ago, right now I'm on an Elite and all is good. Little bit of disk tray issues but really, if it's not blinking red all is good.
I assume that there warenty has ran out or they wouldn't be attemping it, and 2 weeks for that towel trick try 30 min, its good for getting a quick game in before you send it away to microsoft.
